- As the Daily Record themselves attribute the file to the Scottish Greens, it would appear that the Scottish Greens intend this as a publicity shot. I suggest no further action unless the Scottish Greens or the subjects of the photo raise an issue. 78.33.185.122 16:02, 17 April 2021 (UTC)
- @Tweed Spirit: That’s not how it works. Giving credit or not taking legal action does not remove copyright protection. You definitely cannot claim ownership, as you did with these uploads. If you honestly believe that the copyright information is correct, please contact the Scottish Greens and have them submit a copyright statement via COM:OTRS.
